Our Commitments

Publishing Policies

These policies apply to every journal published by Sahara Digital Publications.

Open access

All of our journals are fully open access. Articles are free to read online immediately on publication, without subscription, registration, payment or embargo.

Licensing and copyright

Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International licence (CC BY-NC 4.0). Anyone may share and adapt an article for non-commercial purposes, provided the original work is properly credited. Authors keep the copyright of their articles.

Peer review

Our journals require every research article to be reviewed by at least two independent expert reviewers before an editorial decision is made. Editors and reviewers must declare any conflict of interest and must not handle manuscripts where such a conflict exists.

Publication ethics

We expect our journals, editors, reviewers and authors to follow the Core Practices of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Allegations of misconduct, such as plagiarism, data fabrication, duplicate publication or undisclosed conflicts of interest, are investigated by the journal's Editor-in-Chief following COPE guidance. Where needed, corrections, expressions of concern or retractions are published and linked to the original article.

Editorial independence

Editorial decisions are made by each journal's Editor-in-Chief and editorial board. The publisher manages production, hosting, distribution and finances, and does not take part in the assessment of manuscripts or influence editorial decisions.

Archiving

Every published article is stored on the publisher's servers together with its PDF and metadata, and is registered with Crossref. The publisher intends to deposit its journals' content with a long-term digital preservation service and will name the service on this page once deposits begin. If a journal stops publishing, its articles will remain openly available or be transferred to a public archive.

Corrections, complaints and appeals

To report an error in a published article, raise an ethics concern or appeal an editorial decision, please contact the journal's editorial office or the publisher at tosaharadigitals@gmail.com.
